Is there a "sign-up" fee?
There is no cost to our residents to participate!
How much can be SAVE'ed per year?
For each month a set amount $250 will be credited to our residents. This credit reaches its prospective maximum in three (3) years four (4) months at $10,000.
Example:

What if I moved into an MWS Property prior to this program being offered?
All existing residents will have an open enrollment period thru June, 2011 after the initial seminars are offered (dates vary per property; 3/30/11, 3/31/11, 4/5/11). Current residents can register for the SAVE program and the benefits will be retroactive for your entire residency, up to the maximum value.
Is my SAVE credit valid with all building companies in Chico, CA?
No, the SAVE credit is only valid toward the purchase of a NEW custom built home by Bill Webb Homes Inc. (BW Homes).
Can I use my credit toward my rent or any other outstanding balance on my rental account?
No. Accumulated credits are not redeemable for and have no cash value. It can only be credited by the builder at the closing of escrow toward the purchase of a new BW home.
Will there be a price established on the new home when they sign up that they can lock into provided they do it within an allotted time frame?
No. The purchase price and financing of a new home will be set according to current market conditions and prevailing interest rates at the time of purchase, not at the time of entering this contract.
What if I already have a licensed Real Estate agent representing my interests?
If buyer chooses to have representation by a third party broker/agent other than BW Homes' agent, BW Homes and MWS Properties are not responsible for the Broker/Agent fees.
If I participate in the SAVE program, do I automatically qualify to purchase a new BW Home?
The SAVE program does not guarantee that you will qualify for the purchase of a new BW HOME. This is solely up to your personal credit worthiness and the ability to secure appropriate financing. MWS Properties and BW Homes will not provide financing; financing must be obtained from third party.
What do I do when I am ready to buy my new custom built BW Home?
Mindy Webb, owner/broker of Webb Real Estate, is the exclusive sales agent for BW Homes. Simply contact Mindy for an appointment: 530-891-3330. Be sure to identify yourself as a SAVE member so that we can assist you in the best way. There is typically a model home available to tour!
Once you have made your decision, the builders' agent will prepare the purchase /sales agreement and have you leave a deposit made payable to a title company to get an escrow started.
